No work-life balance ( you have to use your PTO or just don't get paid ),No business structure, No resources or tools for the teams to be successful, Lack of communication through teams ( never know what's happening business-wise, only HR and managers know) , Mainly focused on their own culture, and try to make it fun and welcome when it's not. What they sell doesn't really stand out due to the large amount of competitors they have.
