I couldnt find any pros. Infact wasted 2 years of time when I worked there
Cons
- They hired me as a DGM. There was no role clarity about my role in the organisation. - They manipulate the reviews and can give the reviews as per their discretion. - They didnt give me work for one year and asked to work as a project engineer though I was holding a deputy general Manager position. - I refused and escelated matter to leadership and HR but all in vain. HR is for namesake and they are of no use in company and so is leadership. - I filed a compliance action against the superiors and HR in head office and the investingation is going on. - They are not even settling my final provident fund. - Dont waste your precious work years in this useless organisation. - I was even told by one manager that they actually put people on PIP by plotting against them when there is no work and they need to get rid of people.
