Pros
The internal departments and Wood branch and Energy II are run like small social clicks and are brutal to people brought into the groups if not selected by the insiders. They find ways to back stab each other on a weekly basis and pass the buck to cover their own backsides even when it is someone they say is a friend. It is a terrible work environment.
Cons
The upper management seems to oblivious to the failings they have created throughout this company. They are loosing accounts and laying people off and use people without any concern for them or their families.
