Pros
Good pay with average benefits
Cons
Don't be fooled by the benefits package. They change it constantly. I lost 3 paid weeks of vacation because of changes to the location and the number of years of service, and if I return then I will lose another week because they rebranded the company, and if I go back they will only count my service from the point of the rebranding. They also tell employees that they match 401K contributions based on a formula, but then stopped matching all 401K contributions and they pocket that as part of the profits. Worley purports to support the advancement of women, but this will only happen if you have a mentor or champion at the Director level or above. Overall, if you are only interested in the pay, then this is a decent company, but they are essentially only interested in the skills that they can sell to their clients. Also, they do not have any severance packages. I worked at Worley in Houston for over 10 years, and did not receive any severance of any kind when I left. This was another benefit that was discontinued at some point, but I was unaware of this change until I was being released.
