      Pros

      - Opportunity for a lot of paid overtime - People are nice - Houston is a very nice city to live, for interns they pay for my appartment and car rential fees

      Cons

      - No hands-on experience - Be prepared to get friendly with excel spreadsheets - The work you are assigned to can sometimes be very boring - Company standards are different throughout company locations.. which makes things confussing

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
