Pros
They pay their contractors 1.5 OT. They seem to have a fair bit of work during this NDP downturn.
Cons
They back door a lot of their long term employees. They are very cut throats on each other and who works for them. If you have any issues in your personal life, they will just punt you to the curb and replace you.
