      Paid well, with good benefits and a good working relationship with immediate supervisor & project managers

      Cons

      Poor, Poor, Poor communications between VP's & Management during the Oil & Gas meltdown of 2014/15. Management refused to supply any information of the status of employment and pending layoffs until they were running you out the door.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
