Pros

Had the privilege to work with an amazing team. Both front life staff and managers were connected in order to bring the best service and achieve goals. Managers were always helpful and constantly looking out for us making sure we did our best and excelled in our positions. It is definitely a job I would go back to.

Cons

This is a job with very early starting shifts, you might have to get up at 4am, but is a carrier you will fall in love with and will commit to on a daily base. If you are the type of person that breathes and lives aviation and customer service, then this is the job for you.
