1. Always getting feedbacks from employees, sharing the feedback results and execute plans in relation to the feedbacks. 2. Sharing of big picture plans and timelines so we understand the trajectory. 3. Flexible enough to adapt if required.
Cons
Huge company with alot of assets, but not yet fully integrated, which they are already working on.
