Pros
1. People are trusted for their work, you will not be doubted. 2. Almost everyone, will not make you feel that they know much more than you. 3. Environment is friendly, doing lunch together, party together, and working together. 4. No one is no one's boss, you are independent to tweak the way of doing things.
Cons
Most of the people are doing WFH, from one side it is great to have, but as an intern new to the industries, it's better to have daily interaction.
