      Pros

      - They pay for most of my travel - In depth training for apprentices - Working with experts - profit share - good future opportunities

      Cons

      - In some areas of WWT in the UK, middle management can be a bit distant from those who arent senior - WWT UK is split into 2 parts that hardly communicate, and theres lots of politics between executives on these 2 sides. Makes employee experience a bit awkward sometimes

      Pros

      Tools are very good to work with

      Cons

      They lie alot, promise alot of possible opportunities and in the end will off shore your role for a cheaper cost immediately. New rules about relocation, management is very good at saying what you want to hear and not follow up. Culture does not allow for any suggestions or feedback, if you do not get along with off shore team, you are not considered viable
