Pros

Great Health benefits. Cool GHQ

Cons

Been with WWT for over 10 years and while we may be listed as a GPTW, the feeling internally is fading. WWT has a major lack of leadership accountability and is becoming a penny-pinching company. Manager after manager, director after director, and even VP after VP, are failing their people and it's their people who are hurting. I've seen more layoffs in the last year than I have in the first 9 years with the company. I fear almost everyday now that I'm coming to work and I'll be getting the call from my manager that I'm no longer employed. Also penny-pinching is happening. I have to get expense approval on a $20 item to help me in my day to day? I have to be X percentage billable but my leadership does nothing to help me find customer work? Also, and I'll admit this isn't the most important thing, but where have all the employee appreciation things gone? Christmas parties, gone. GPTW parties, see you later. Random ice cream truck visit, not happening. Go to a Sales Kickoff convention and get an earful on we're only allowed so much ($50) for all food. I'm sorry, but this place has changed. And not for the better. The culture is dying

Pros

Great early years culture… Smart / Top Tier Talent and Capabilities

Cons

Lost what made them special… culture made obvious shift from “People are our Greatest Resource” to “We are a Numbers Driven Organization”… Think that corporate event closing comment changed around 2018/2019
