Adoption Policy - Anonymous World Wide Technology Employee Review

Even though they are able to create a safe place to be yourself at work and promote it throughout the organisation - their policies are outdated. Adoption for the main career does not match the culture of the organisation and they are not willing to support somone going through this journey. Same-sex couples should be acknowledged here, from a moral perspective and a willingness for WWT to make a change within our society whereby these couples are not treated differently to opposite-sex couples, who are able to conceive.
