Pros

Rewarding work, great teammates, easy to take time off when needed, challenging projects. BEST CEO of any non-profit organization I have worked for. Respect employees.

Cons

Pay is a little less than other industries, but that is normal for non-profit work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and perspective from the season you spent serving with World Vision. We’re grateful to hear that our flexible work environment and benefits supported you well. As a ministry, we remain committed to cultivating meaningful growth for our staff—believing every person is called to grow, belong in community, and become who God created them to be. Our compensation approach reflects our responsibility to steward donor resources faithfully, and we remain competitive, continuing to invest in development and pathways that support both calling and long-term impact.
