Pros

It’s great to work for an organization that is out to help others and not motivated by profit. Even with all its flaws, I rarely get tired of working for an organization that is out to make the world a better place for the less fortunate.

Cons

It is huge for a charity, which can lead to some bureaucracy. While some departments are well managed and have a good work/life balance, some are not.

We’re grateful to hear that our flexible work environment and benefits supported you well. As a ministry, we remain committed to cultivating meaningful growth for our staff—believing every person is called to grow, belong in community, and become who God created them to be. Our compensation approach reflects our responsibility to steward donor resources faithfully, and we remain competitive, continuing to invest in development and pathways that support both calling and long-term impact.
