Pros
The work was fast paced and interesting. There aren't to many companies where you have customer calls with people from Russia, China, India, etc. on a daily basis. This is a the perfect small business atmosphere neatly nudged into a fortune 500 company so you get a flavor of both! The team was really nice and welcoming and when it was time for me to move on from the company (after a 6 month Co-op experience) they were a huge help toward me while I was networking for my next job! Plus in the small business atmosphere they actually need your help during the day where as in many large companies I have worked for it can become super slow and boring.
Cons
I read through the other review and i'm not sure where the issue was. I would say the work is fast paced and the CEO looks for high quality from projects but while I was working there he treated me with respect and was always open to new ideas and feedback. I agree there was no massive 20 year business plan but in a small consulting firm there rarely is one as they do not have investors! The only real con I can think of is that there were often so many different project with the team that that I needed help to know which ones to work on first so that we would meet deadlines.
