Pros
Overall. World Market is a great place to work, the employee discounts are great. If you need a part-time job, this is where to start looking. There is also a great work/life balance in my opinion. You can schedule unpaid time off easily.
Cons
The pay is low, and the hours can also be very low, but there are plenty of opportunities to pick up extra shifts. Can't say much about having a potential career at World Market, full-time positions are only available for people in management positions as far as I'm aware, and unless someone is advancing or quitting, there's really nowhere else to go.
