Very corrupt company - Sales Associate World Market Employee Review

I hate my job I am very under-appreciated of what I do and how much i do for the company. I can do a lot more with 2 years of experience and yet they make me do jobs that an experienced person should do and I get no appreciation. I have started having to clean the bathrooms, which are disgusting every single morning and it's the worst.
