      Great management Great training Great discount, 30% off you get to have reward parties for excellent sales from your store

      Cons

      I would have to say the number one con of working at a cost plus store would be the wide array of products they offer. Customers would come in and ask me for products that I have never even heard of.

      Pros

      being the cashier during the holidays was super fun. it was busy but in a way where the time goes by fast.

      Cons

      the manager micromanages and sits in the back watching the cameras the whole time. she then tells the supervisor on the walkie talkie that she's watching you. everybody talks about how they hate her even the assistant managers.
