The employees hard work only gets recognized by management for first 3-4 years of their time there.
Cons
Bosses are useless and pretenders. No room for upward movement. Hiring based on family or friend relationship.Favoritism within management exists big time. Stressful work being on-call and working long hours with little or no compensation. Managers focus on employee mistakes & micro manage.Over promising customers without realizing if goals are possible. Front end employees get blamed for all failures.
