Pros
The team (on the ground) is amazing and the ideas are inspiring
Cons
The positive reviews here were posted by employees who were asked to post 5-star reviews to improve the rating. I know because I was one of them. Management will make promises around your next steps but there is no career path here when you try to follow up on this. Great for entry-level, but then they will keep you being underpaid and overworked, which isn't a great business model. Employees who are liked are promoted to management, which does not mean they are good managers. They have no training and end up doing more harm than good. Even when information is given in exit interviews, nothing ever changes. Three or four of my friends and I all gave the same feedback and our friends still there are continuing to deal with the issue and not able to report it without repercussions (PL is trying to change this but it's more deep rooted than Nandini realizes). W50 is purchasing a lot of other companies now, but the leadership team is so disorganized I needed to get out before everything came crashing down.
