Great team, friendly environment. You'll get to know most of Hungary's banking and telecommunication companies as clients of Works.
Cons
Low salary. Management will be unpleased if you take too many (lawful) parental leave, even though they consider the company "family friendly". Management never say no to an additional project. Overtime is expected.
