Work is fast paced and uninhibited by needless corporate policies and procedures that bog down workflow at larger organizations. Management genuinely cares about each individual employee in terms of their job satisfaction, ability to develop, and personal input for improving practices and procedures. I have never been denied any reasonable request for an additional resource to perform my duties more efficiently and to train in new skills. Also, job security is among the best in the industry from honest and discerning recruitment practices that prevent the workforce from being poorly matched to inevitable industry booms and busts.
