Pros

From the top down, WIN is made up of people motivated by their care and concern for others. Focusing on all aspects of housing and homeownership as the way to empower people to make changes for the betterment on their neighborhoods. Community organizing, pre-and post-purchase housing counseling, financial literacy and budget/credit counseling and the best homebuyers training program in the country highlight what WIN can do.

Cons

Things beyond the control of the organization can have a very negative impact. Some programs which depend on government funding can and do disappear when the funding dries up.
