Pros
Having worked in a BPO/Agency role for 50% of my career, working with 50+ tech & FS companies during this time and getting a good understanding of their business, culture, approach to their employees etc, I feel I am well positioned to compare Workhuman with the market. While I agree we are not perfect, I do genuinely believe that as an overall employee offering, Workhuman is up there with the very best. We have amazing office facilities and hybrid work offering ( well kitted gym, free food, various perks such as massages, free 1-1 personal trainers, various gym classes, hybrid working - 2 days in the office ) From what I can see, feedback given through our inhouse surveys, is being taken onboard and the leadership team and HR function are taking it seriously and looking for ways to improve in any areas highlighted, they seem to care and prioritise feedback given by employees through this survey. Everyone seems very collaborative, nice and friendly. I have spoken to so many people who have had amazing career success here, both linear and also a huge number of people who have switched into completely different roles and have had amazing support in doing so. I appreciate the many perks and opportunities on offer here that simply are not on offer elsewhere.

While the benefits here are very strong and comprehensive, I do think this is an area that could be reviewed and in some areas, improved.
