Pros
There are some really smart people that work here that want to make the product better. There are those that really do have the customer's interest in mind. You can find some great people here that are willing to collaborate with you and try and make your ideas happen.
Cons
There is lots of middle management and red tape you have to work through to get anything done. There are managers within the company that will literally try to block you from bringing ideas to leadership. There are also those that flat-out refuse to do any work. Nepotism runs wild within the company. Hiring and promotions are handed out to those close to leadership. Leadership is way out of touch with the rest of the company. You will sit in a meeting listening to a VP talk about the leadership retreat in Tuscany while you are sitting there trying to figure out how to make a vacation happen on your salary. The recognition tool is not used how it was designed to be. What you find while working here is that it's leadership that tends to get the most recognition moments (points/dollars). It's like watching the rich get richer. One of the biggest disappointments, and this is speaking for the Framingham office, is the lack of diversity. Though the company likes to put people of color all over their marketing ads and have them speak at their events, there is very little black-and-brown representation on the teams here. Internally they believe having a team full of white women, makes them diverse. It's all just optics with this company. They say they care about the human, but it's just marketing. Example. When they laid off employees, they factory reset everyone's personal phone. If you didn't recently back up your phone, you lost all your personal photos, files, and applications. For any thinking about working here, ask yourself if that fits into "working human." Also, look at all the "positive" reviews this company gets. They are all recent with no real information as to why it is great working here. This is because the company literally asks employees to give positive reviews to get a higher rating.
