As stated in some responses below, it has been a very difficult period for all involved in the run up to, and implementation of, our redundancy process. We were very limited in the communications we could provide and during the redundancy process our focus had to be on the people most directly impacted. As this draws to a close now, we will be in a better position to communicate more openly to the whole organisations about our future strategies.
Your feedback, as with all reviews where positive or poor, are taken onboard and discussed openly with relevant leaders in the business. We value the learning opportunity.
