Because we are so closely connected at work, having built meaningful and personal relationships with one another, it can make it challenging at times if a relationship is strained. Because we all care so deeply, any disruptions in life outside of work will undoubtedly impact relationships within work.

- You work with some of the most amazing people - Consistent in what you do day in and day out - Tasks are delegated in a timely and effective manner as a Project Coordinator - Manager is great at communication

- Extremely limited raise opportunities - Benefits are so/so because it is a small company - Opportunities to expand your knowledge and move up a 'ladder' also limited because it is a flat organization - Compensation sucks, I couldn't afford to work there. If you are single person trying to make it, I wouldn't recommend. Benefits, and bills will eat your pay check.
