Pros
Training Exposure. You get very vast in consulting doing so many functions at the same time. Improves your interpersonal and presentation skills, so many sessions of KSS(Knowlege sharing)
Cons
Salary was not very encouraging but bonus is paid sometimes to motivate staff. The workload can be tiresome with one person doing too many things at a time.
