I had a good experience working at various company and I was able to gain more experience. Getting to know the what makes all company establish there goals and production work that needs be to done and there expectations. I learned to operate various machines and assemble items. I love working in a fast pace type of environment. I am a fast learner.

There are not so many down sides except not getting production done in a timely manner. Having to work with individuals that don't take their job too serious. Observing and seeing that some workers don't follow safety rules. Having to see workers take advantage of break time and lunch break longer that expected.

Always paid on time and provided effective communication.
