Pros
- 500e per year for wellbeing - travel time included in working hours - if you fit the values, culture and expectations you will stay just as the others there
Cons
- exploitation of interns - no time to take of extra hours - low salary - culture relies on and pushes to heavy alcohol consumption - management pushes to the limits with "it was like this also when I started and it was hard at first but you get used to it" - a lot of talk about wellbeing etc. but in the long run no actions - too detailed info shared at office about sexual stuff etc - racism is allowed and discrimination also against other minorities commonly expressed also by the supervisors
