Pros

Remote work is nice. Having holidays and weekend off is a pro.

Cons

There is no way to get your job done in 40 hrs. They over look the fact that it is taking 55+ hrs a week to barely be caught up. As a salaried employee, there is no overtime, but it is obvious that it is expected because there is no way to complete the workload in 40 hrs. There is no real comprehension by management what the job actually entails. There are always system issues or broken workflows causing delays in productivity. When brought up to supervisors they brush it under the rug or try to make excuses. When reaching out to supervisors for guidance, it can often take days before they respond. If they respond at all. All employees are not held to the same quality standards. No formal training is provided. Instead of actually trying to help the employees succeed, they put employees on a development plan. It’s a revolving door with these. Several employees are on development plans at once, which is showing incompetencies with management. HR should really look in to that. I would never recommend Workpartners to someone looking for employment.
