Pros

- Lots of autonomy and ownership, so you really see the impact of your work - Design is expected to lead and shape products while also contributing to the design system - Team is extremely talented, but also humble and collaborative, which is rare to see - Remote-first, with a couple of on-sites each year. Good work/life balance

Cons

- Deep product space with a lot to learn, rewarding if you like thinking through more complex problems - Roadmap shifts quickly with customer needs, makes it fast paced and priorities that often change - Lots of variety and context switching, not for someone that’s looking for a narrowly defined role

Pros

Incredible project management and communication. Every team member is so welcoming and kind. I've been here 6 months and am very much enjoying it!

Cons

So far I don't have any cons - especially since working with them for my maternity leave and their introduction of NYC commuter benefits

Pros

- We're winning the AI market (dozens and dozens of high profile AI companies), and is fun to sell to developers who have a real need for the product to scale rapidly - Land and expand usage model allows us to win quickly, with some companies blowing through their 12 mo contracted credits in 3 mo (good for us) - Plenty of opportunity to take ownership and make a real impact - Overall, it’s a place where you can do meaningful work, learn quickly, and be part of something that's taking off

Cons

- That said, like any fast-growing company, there’s still iteration happening around segmentation, pricing, and sales process - Eng is shipping so quickly there's always more to sell, but at different stages of readiness - Things can change quickly, which is great if you’re adaptable and a builder, but frustrating if you want to run an established old school playbook
