-smart C-level execs -some dedicated and serious employees -free snacks and coffee -company outings are a fun way to get to know others in different teams
Cons
-lots of turnover, lots of great people leaving or left -some uncertainty with vision and direction -company culture a bit difficult to understand -office location -very little diversity among peers, difficult to learn new things -education and experience not up to par for some senior roles where it should matter
