I was placed with a great company with fabulous co-workers and great learning opportunities. The work at home flexibility can be the best fit if you are structured enough to do it without distractions.

I am in my pre-tirement years and do not yet collect SS, nor have I started to access my retirement funds;; so the income I earned from WAHVE was not enough for me to survive in this economy. Plus as a 1099 employee, I had to buy my own insurance and pay my own taxes. You MIGHT be able to get a teeny bump in pay after a year. I had to find a second job to survive and ultimately decide to walk away completely to take a full-time position with benefits, etc.
