Nothing as such to be disliked.

Pros –  An understanding management that leaves no stones unturned to fulfil its employees’ requisites  Always pays salary to all its employees on time, on the first day of every month! Sometimes, we get our remuneration in advance, too!  Flexible work hour is another biggest perk!  If you work hard, you’ll get a decent salary hike during performance appraisal months  Freshers get enough opportunities to learn, and expand their breadth of work across multiple projects, verticals, etc.

Honestly, I have not yet found any drawback.
