Staff turnover is unfortunately high

A dedicatedly team that always puts Children first. We always rise above difficult situations and know what our priorities are each and every day. It is a blessing to work with such dedicated, loving and caring people. The bad press does not sway us in our mission. We will only get better and continue to devote ourselves to these Children that are so in need. I am proud to be a Wordsworth employee and we will never let the actions of one person define us.

Raises would help! Communication is essential between the different departments. We need to work together and not as separate entities. Everyone is devoted to their role, but we need to be one.
