Woot is the type of place you enjoy going to everyday. Teams are close-knit and ready to help you whenever you need. There is a great training structure by your coworkers and supervisors with no "bad" questions. Although it is a subsidiary of Amazon, Woot definitely has a start-up feel and culture. Each employee is valued and nobody is "above" one another. There is a great emphasis on Customer Obsession and it can be seen through the work of the VM, Finance, Ops, HR teams, etc. The Amazon pay structure is also very nice. And there are always dogs to pet.
