Pros

owners are heavily engaged in day to day lives of employees, they sincerely do care, lots of opportunity in their industry

Cons

Really struggling with quality control.Uupper level managers don't support mid level managers. Bonuses are never paid as scheduled. Canadian owned company, can't keep American managers. Do your research before you accept a position at the professional level.
