Pros
The people here are what makes this company - they are intelligent, friendly and loyal folks. I worked with all levels across the company and they are very passionate about what they do. Generally good pay & benefits although decent bonuses are a thing of the past. Good office space and cafe.
Cons
Micro managing, empire building and a general lack of trust from higher management - they’re scared you want their job and will (you can) do a better job. Lack of promotion, especially for women - flexible working hours although promoted heavily is not fully supported across the board and part time workers are frowned upon. Big mistrust of HR who are seen as too corporate - there to protect the business but not the people.
