Pros
Insurance and 401(k) benefits are strong for salaried employees; the non-leadership employees are generally great people to work with
Cons
Leadership is completely inept. The new business department is virtually non-existent, which lead to frequent and massive rounds of layoffs. In my 4 years there, I saw 5 rounds of layoffs, and was ultimately part of them myself. Leadership is completely out of touch, frequently denying raises and bonuses while still flying first class everywhere and burning through hundreds of thousands of dollars on favors and side projects that made the company virtually no money. There's the classic "we're a big happy family" mentality, while work-life balance remains non-existent. I was not offered overtime pay as part of my employment but regularly received phone calls and had to work after hours on projects. Upper management will squeeze you for all your worth for pennies until their ineptitude results in layoffs because they weren't able to bring in new business. Also very little opportunity for advancement at the company.
