They lack Diversity, and the little bit of diversity they are able to get seems to leave after a short while. They don’t do much for their Black employees to be seen. I don’t think it’s because they don’t want ti but rather they don’t know how to approach since it is a Jewish founded organization. Burn out, they also barely have any accounts so they tend to keep you on one account for years until your productivity is exhausted.
