Start up feels not organized at ttimes

Things that are happening on the development side are well communicated to sales and operations, and vice versa. This creates a true team atmosphere where everyone is rowing in the same direction. - Opportunities for career growth are aplenty. The company is experiencing rapid growth, so those that work hard, take time to ask questions and learn, and put in the extra effort have a chance to quickly advance their careers. - Senior leadership is open and available to all employees, and have successfully created a culture where success and dedication are just as important as a pleasant and upbeat work environment.

- Work / Life balance can sometimes be skewed more towards "work", but that's to be expected for an organization experiencing rapid growth. This isn't too bad for dedicated employees, but if you're expecting a 9-5 gig every day, this might not be the right fit for you. - Health & Dental benefits are good, but the company hasn't yet setup a retirement plan.
