1. Politics is sooooo thick. The worst in the industry. There is no career growth even if you are talented. You have to suck up to your boss. 2. GOG VPs prefer to hire employees out of past work relations and not because of talent. There is no diversity. Only hires people who nod their heads and follow their boss blindly. 3. Termination practice is the worst. Director levels, Senior Managers, staff level, it doesn't matter. If the one above wants to get someone in due to personal reason and not business/ performance reason , they will! It has happened so many times - during pandemic, and after. It will keep on happening unless they change the VPs in GOG.
