Pros
The company culture is great, and authentic—it’s not explicitly advertised as such, but I believe it speaks for itself. Too often, companies advertise a “great culture” that turns out to be surface-level, but that’s not the case here.
Employees are encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and drive meaningful change. The collaboration that I've seen and been a part of here has been inspiring as well as motivating. There is room for growth, learning takes place every single day, and people are recognized for their efforts and contributions.
Flexibility is offered when needed, making it a great environment for work-life balance. It's definitely a family-oriented atmosphere, which is appreciated.
Cons
I personally enjoy the challenges and fast pace of smaller work environments, but this could be a con for some folks.
