Pros
- There is ample growth opportunity if you work hard. - Management encourages furthering education/training if it benefits the company - Welcomes new ideas if you can show positive results. - All management have open door policy - making it easy to talk to them - Quarterly events like summer picnics, holiday party, and happy hours throughout the year - Monthly all-office meeting to go over previous months projects/OKRs/revenue - Office is located in a building with covered parking, cafeteria, gym, convenient store, coffee shop, salon and great views of downtown. - Free coffee, tea, sparkling water, and pop in the kitchen - Free catered lunch on Friday and joining the company salad club requires me to only worry about lunch 3 times a week. - The recent move to Flexible Time Off for all employees (instead of accrued PTO) allows for great work/life balance
Cons
- Health and dental plans aren't the greatest and are pretty expensive. There is no option for vision benefits. - Office layout is a mixture of cubes and offices which makes everyone work very quietly. Not an open office floor plan. - Due to company size, compensation is not as competitive as it should be, but with recent acquisition could see this changing in the future. - If you don't have a car, the office can be challenging to get to - about 8 miles outside downtown Minneapolis
