Pros

- Great learning experience as the company gives you the opportunity to change roles across teams based on your interest - Freedom to challenge, you earn it with difficulty, but once you earn it, it is fulfilling. - Driving innovation. If you are someone who wants everything well structured and well defined for you, this is not the place. But if you are someone who has some great ideas and wants to change how you work, you will love it as you can recommend and implement those changes.

Cons

- Ever changing environment and some may struggle keeping up with the pace of change - As an environment that is ever changing, decisions can at times feel short sighted - Can get chaotic, but such is the nature of startups, however, there is a very quick acknowledgement of things going out of track and to fix it - If things aren't working, it will not get fixed easily or quickly, it is a fast paced environment and it gets difficult to pause, so you need to take the initiative yourself to fix the issue and go with it.

The advice to management here is really valuable. We have noted these points down and will work with our board, the leadership team and our customers to continue growing forward.

Pros

- Genuine human-centric culture and behavior modeled with excellence from the very top - Leadership is very transparent with the team about successes and headwinds, about how key decisions are made, and why - Very intentional alignment and shared accountability across all key functions (sales, service delivery, finance, engineering, people, etc.). No silos. - Team members are empowered with a great deal of trust to not only manage their work in a highly autonomous manner, but to drive innovation within the business. - Incredibly collaborative and helpful team dynamic - everyone willing to pitch in and help a colleague - Fully remote organization where everyone is recognized and treated as an adult - Fair comp, great benefits, and flexibility to manage work/life commitments

Cons

- Like any start-up environment, the organization is in a continuous state of rapid iteration, which can be unsettling and uncomfortable at times, but ultimately leads to significant personal growth. - While fully remote is wonderful in many respects, it can feel a bit isolating at times and requires intentional effort to remain connected socially to your peers.
