No silos. - Team members are empowered with a great deal of trust to not only manage their work in a highly autonomous manner, but to drive innovation within the business. - Incredibly collaborative and helpful team dynamic - everyone willing to pitch in and help a colleague - Fully remote organization where everyone is recognized and treated as an adult - Fair comp, great benefits, and flexibility to manage work/life commitments

- Like any start-up environment, the organization is in a continuous state of rapid iteration, which can be unsettling and uncomfortable at times, but ultimately leads to significant personal growth. - While fully remote is wonderful in many respects, it can feel a bit isolating at times and requires intentional effort to remain connected socially to your peers.
