Pros
It's been rewarding to see the company grow: new teams built from scratch, new products, offices and business units. I think that Wizeline's value proposition is unique, especially in Mexico, as an employer. Wizeline's founders are passionate about product development. We later dabbled in the services industry, and we've been doing great because we don't act like a regular services company, in many ways, we develop products for our clients. Our leaders are caring; I feel that we, as employees, are being taken care of. Many of us have invested a lot of effort and time into building this company, and I feel we've been recognized. It's been very inspiring to see my teammate's career, and my own, develop and grow. It wasn't given, but I firmly believe Wizeline is the perfect environment to grow.
Cons
The leadership and strategical decision making are centralized in San Francisco. These days, Mexico is more strongly represented within the executive team. Still, I think it could improve; our Vietnamese team lacks representation.
