Formal Complaint Regarding Employment Termination - Marketing Apprentice With Intelligence Employee Review

I am writing to formally express my concerns and dissatisfaction regarding the termination of my employment at With Intelligence. My short-lived experience with the company has left me disheartened, and I believe it is essential to bring certain matters to the publics attention. I joined With Intelligence on Monday, 20th November, with the expectation of a positive and supportive work environment. Unfortunately, my initial days at the London office were characterized by an overwhelming introduction to the software tools through extensive documentation. The reading material provided was cumbersome and, in my opinion, inappropriate for learning the nuances of the software efficiently. Throughout my first week, my manager assigned a task related to the software, which I found challenging to comprehend solely through written instructions. When seeking guidance, my manager provided assistance; however, the outcome did not meet his expectations. I am deeply concerned that my performance on this single task led to a premature decision to terminate my employment. Given that I had only been with the company for one week, I expected a certain level of understanding and support as I familiarized myself with the software and the overall work environment. Instead, I was met with a disproportionately harsh response, being informed of my termination over a single task. Furthermore, I found the office environment to be less than conducive to a positive working experience. Colleagues openly used inappropriate language, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Such behavior left me with a negative impression of the company culture. I firmly believe that a fair and inclusive workplace should provide employees with the necessary training and support, especially during the initial stages of employment. I feel unjustly treated and discriminated against for what appears to be a lack of understanding regarding the learning curve associated with a new role. I kindly request a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding my termination and a reconsideration of the decision. I believe that such actions will not only rectify an unfair situation but also contribute to the improvement of the overall work environment at With Intelligence.
