Pros
- Supportive culture that allows space for individual needs: attitude and work output are more significant to the senior management than standardising everyone’s working preferences - Even small successes celebrated, and there is really something special about the focus on positivity and giving people the freedom to learn from their mistakes - Strong support networks: from senior management to your team members, the relationships you can build are at a completely different level compared to a corporate environment - Everyone around you is very ambitious and willing to put the work in, but it doesn’t feel like a toxic competitive environment - Culture focused on growth: despite Wiser having achieved a lot already, the mindset is always to grow and improve further, so any ideas are welcome regardless of your seniority
Cons
- Due to the company growing, it is often difficult to balance out the amount of new projects/work coming in vs the resources available. It is something that is being acknowledged and addressed though
